Hemp oil is a unique food product ! In Russia , until the 17th century, no other oil was known except hemp and flaxseed. But if flax did not grow everywhere, hemp was a ubiquitous plant, it could be easily collected without farming.

It contains the maximum amount of unsaturated fatty acids , compared to other known oils. The scientific community has long confirmed the need for humans in polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6 , however, of primary importance is not only the fact of the presence of these acids in the product, but the CORRECT COMBINATION ! So - in hemp seed oil this ratio is close to ideal for humans!

It has also been scientifically established that the human body requires approximately 2-3 grams of Omega-3 and 4-6 grams of Omega-6 every day. This amount of unsaturated fatty acids can be obtained by consuming just 1 tablespoon of hemp oil per day!
