Live kvass "SURYA"
After preparing the IstaZdrav-Alfey tea, separate its pulp (cake) and add honey to it. If you use all the cake left over from brewing a 130-gram package, then you should add about 300 grams of honey. If you brewed half a package, then you need half as much honey.
Next, mix the tea grounds with honey and add fresh peels from three lemons, limes, nectarines or oranges (a mixture or just one citrus - at your discretion); a handful of black raisins; about 100 grams of grated beets (more is possible, which is good for the liver). To taste, add chopped fruits, dried fruits and (or) fresh vegetables and mix everything thoroughly. The mixture should be poured with drinking water in the amount of 3 - 5 liters, covered and left in a warm place for 3 days.
After 3 days, filter the ready live kvass, for example, through a tea strainer or mesh colander. The remaining pulp can be used as an ingredient in garden or vegetable compost. Drink the kvass as desired, and store it in the refrigerator.
