The consumer's right to exchange goods of proper quality
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if their presentation and consumer properties are preserved. Non-food goods of proper quality may be exchanged if the said goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are preserved. The list of goods that cannot be exchanged on the above grounds specified in this article shall be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Refund of funds
The seller will refund the money if:
• You were sold a product of inadequate quality;
• on the day of your request to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar product, the seller does not have the specified product for sale on the day the consumer contacts the seller;
• in the case of distance selling of goods, you refused to receive the goods or the goods you have already received;
• the seller delivered a product that was different from what was ordered, the consumer was provided with false information (the product did not match the described characteristics, did not match the terms of sale) or incomplete information about the product (absence of any element of information from the list of mandatory information about the product), Art. 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights
